There is a stunning view of a rocky cliff area that's great for exploration, especially if you bring your hiking boots! From the rooftop deck, you can enjoy lovely views of the hills to the east, so make sure to wake up early one morning to catch the sunrise. On nights when there's a full moon, the moonrise can be just as spectacular! brbr brbrAfter more than 20 years of traveling around the globe and living in far-flung regions, the hosts of this accommodation settled in Wimberley, Texas, where they enjoy the small-town atmosphere and peaceful setting of the Texas Hill Country. brbr brbrIn 2019, they created the location to provide a unique experience for guests to come to relax in a private retreat with luxury vibes. They found beautiful, brightly colored Mongolian yurts during their travels and knew they would be perfect for the experience they wanted to create. brbr brbrThe reputation grew as their guests began sharing their experiences. Soon they began to receive attention from the media as well as influencers. They eventually created a similar experience in the hills near Dripping Springs. With more land and a wet-weather creek, they could add 10 yurts with the same luxury amenities in a peaceful and private setting. brbr brbrThe hosts now have 16 yurts – each one tucked into the woods, carefully curated with vintage furnishings, and a lot of attention to the details of view corridors and maximum privacy. The villa sits between our Home and our Guest Barn, but is not as close as homes in a subdivision. You have absolute privacy but are not completely alone in the woods. This type of vacation is for those who want the most amazing views and privacy but don’t mind sharing the circle driveway, grill, firepit and swimming pool with other guests. brbrWith three buildings on a private hill, we call this Our Hill Town.
