The Guest Quarters is fully heated and cooled with your own thermostat as well as an electric fireplace, TV with streaming capabilities, hairdryer, iron & board. Fresh linens and soft towels are provided.brThis private suite has its own entry and is located at the end of Alexander's Farmhouse. Although it's attached, this suite is only offered separately when the Farmhouse is NOT occupied. So you'll have the whole porch, yard and privacy to yourself. You'll love the beautiful views and spacious, shaded yard as well!br

Perfect for relaxing or adventuring, this retreat is close to the best of the Hill Country.brLove local flavor You’ll be right by Fitzhugh Road, famous for its distilleries, wineries, and breweries — including One Shot Distillery, Route 12 Filling Station, Lucky Arrow Coffee, Treaty Oak, Deep Eddy, and many more. Sip your way through Texas here. There is a maximum of six people allowed in the home if you go above six people it is $90 per person per night. The pet fee is nonrefundable. It is $100 per pet. The pet fee includes all animals including service animals. If you break these rules, you will be charged an additional $500 if you do not pre-pay.

The D6 House is a lovely 4-bedroom home (sleeps 10) with a large private deck featuring sunset views, a full-sized kitchen open to the living/dining room that includes a stainless-steel stove, full size refrigerator, pot filler, stainless steel microwave, center island & farmhouse sink. A private charcoal grill right outside the back door and additional grilling stations are located near the pool. Please bring your favorite charcoal & other grilling essentials! The kitchen is stocked for guests with plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, wine glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, pots & pans, dish soap, sponges, dish towels, steak knives, hot pads, mixing bowls, baking sheets, can opener, blender, toaster & coffee maker. D6 is fully stocked with plush towels, wash clothes, hand towels & pool towels. Laundry detergent, hair dryer, soap, shampoo & conditioner are provided as well. There are extra pillows, throws as well as an iron & ironing board for guests to use during their stay. Baby beds with sheets are included for all of our guests traveling with families.brbrYoga or Meditation Offerings: We welcome guests from around the globe and all-levels of meditation and yoga experience. We look forward to meeting you in class! We also offer on-site private sessions.
