This cozy cabin can comfortably accommodate up to four guests, featuring a queen-size bed in each room.brbrWe have three different two bedroom cabin layouts. Guests will have the entire two bedroom duplex to themselves during their stay. This cabin’s layout features a queen bed in each room, a full bath, a living area with two couches, and a small kitchenette. It can easily accommodate a small family, and can be booked upon availability with the adjacent duplex style cabin for larger gatherings.brbrOur Cabin Area:brbrAll of our cabins are located in the same general area, inside the RV Park that’s located inside Grandpappy Point Resort & Marina, and just a few second drive away from our boat ramp. Inside our cabin area there is a concrete half-court basketball court, a sand volleyball court, a small playground, the Cedar Lounge (see description below) and two covered pavilions that are available to rent out for events. Welcome to our quaint one-bedroom cabin, perfect for solo travelers or couples in need of a comfortable and convenient place to stay.brOur 1 bedroom cabins have a studio layout and are duplex style. They are great for couples who want a quick getaway to the lake, or solo travelers in need of some time to unwind. Each cabin is it's own space and being duplex style makes it perfect for larger families or friends who want their own space next to each other. All of our 1 bedroom cabins have a queen size bed, 32 inch TV, mini fridge, and microwave.brbrOur Cabin Area:brbrAll of our cabins are located in the same general area, inside the RV Park that’s located inside Grandpappy Point Resort & Marina, and just a few second drive away from our boat ramp. Inside our cabin area there is a concrete half-court basketball court, a sand volleyball court, a small playground, the Cedar Lounge (see description below) and two covered pavilions that are available to rent out for events. Rocky Point Retreat @ Lake Texoma

We have a 2 bdrm cabin with a sunroom, and 1 bath, which sleeps 7-9 people. The cabin is walking distance to Lake Texoma, the walk is on a path to the beach, which has been named Rocky Point Estates Beach. It's right across from Grand Pappy's Point. You can walk or drive a dirt bike or a 4 wheeler, down this path. If you are elderly, or handicapped, you may want to drive over to Grand Pappy Point and look at the view, if you do not have a 4 wheeler to ride down to the beach on.brbrAmenities are refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, Central AC/heat, washer/dryer, and a dishwasher.brbrThe SpacebrThere's plenty of room, yet it's a small place and it's what I call very homey and comfortable.brbrGuest Accessbr There is a small convenience store and Tackle Shop on Hwy 84 and Grand Pappy's point is about a 1-2 miles away. Eisenhower Dam is near by, and it's 15-20 min from Choctaw Casino. The best catfish place around is Windy's right across the Eisenhower dam.brbrInteraction with GuestsbrAs much as needed. I'm a text message or phone call awaybrbrThe NeighborhoodbrI love the trees and the quiet. The neighbors are great and nice and keep to themselves unless you want to visit. Then, sometimes we all have cookouts together.brbrGetting AroundbrNo public transit, but sometimes we catch a free ride on a gator or 4 wheeler to the lake :)brbrOther Things to NotebrThere's a big fire pit outside for bonfires. ON YOUR DEPARTURE: make sure you check carefully that you have not forgotten anything. Forgotten items can only be shipped via UPS and at your expense. After 30 days we will donate the item to charity!
