Great location for our trip to the Sherman Celtic Festival. Owners were super and the space was great! The master bed was huge and very comfortable. Would stay again!

The accommodations were absolutely fantastic. We also appreciated how close it was to Austin College. Dennis and Delia are terrific hosts. We will definitely come back and stay again.

Nice Home and great location to nearby attractions within Denison and short drive to Sherman. We enjoyed going to downtown Main street and visiting the shops there. We also made several trips to Sherman for more things to do. We were there to visit Eisenhower State Park, and we were also able to drive to Murray State Park in Oklahoma. Would definitely recommend the home, was in a quiet neighborhood and host was accessible for any questions we had.

Beautiful, spacious home, generously supplied with all that we needed. Dennis was friendly and accommodating. He always responded in a timely manner. We felt welcomed and valued as guests. The home was immaculately cleaned and kept uncluttered. Decor was minimal yet tastefully done. The garage was a plus. I liked that we could leave things in our vehicle overnight without any worries. It was large enough to hold our SUV. Five star experience. I would certainly stay here again.

This property looked just like the pictures. It has a garage which was a huge bonus. Glass mugs in the freezer was a nice surprise. Will definitely stay again on our next visit.

The rooms were very nice, the fenced back yard was great as we have a small dog who spends a lot of time outside. The house was situated in a great part of town, easy to shop & easy to get to the church convention site.

very nice and, up graded. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. negatives: on a slightly busy street, and tree out front, had large seeds that fell on our cars. Cars {3} parked was, a slight problem, but we made it .work. No street parking! great price.

Beautiful house

We stayed here while visiting family in the Sherman area. We were very impressed with how clean and welcoming the house was.

Our stay was very pleasant, comfortable and the house was very spacious ,clean and beautiful. The neighbors was very nice and quiet.

This home here made me and my friends fill like we were at home is so comfortable and spacious and very nicely done . Now the question is would we stay here again for the next season of tournaments ? I would say hell yea !!!

House was very true to listing and well appointed. Made for a comfortable homebase during our stay. Convenient to the places we visited in Denison, Sherman, and Anna. The only improvements I would suggest is adding a few Kleenex boxes for guest use. The other maintenance item would be to try to correct the low water pressure at the sink next to the toilet in the main bathroom. Other than that, it was excellent and would stay there again!

Six of us stayed from Tuesday afternoon until Sunday morning. Perfect in every way. We would stay here again if we are in the area. Everything was just as promised. We had a GREAT experience.

Holiday and birthday celebration with our family. We have stayed at several homes in Denison and I must say, this is my favorite! From LA so Cajun cooking a must when we come. Great kitchen supplies. Plenty of room for dining. Beds were super comfortable. Busy neighborhood but very quiet in the home. I hope we will be able to stay again in the future!

Lots of space for all to spread out. A good home base while we were in town for an Austin College water polo tournament. The layout of the house is perfect for larger groups (bedrooms on one side, kitchen/dining on the other, living room and tv/washer/dryer in the middle) so sound doesn't carry. You can be together but also spread out. We kept one car in the garage, also. Thank you for opening your home to us!

We had a fantastic time at the property. The house was extremely clean. We had no problem communicating with our host throughout our stay. The area the house is located is very convenient. If ever need to go back to Denison we will definitely rebook !

The property was very clean and everything was dated. It truly was a home away from home. The best part was the backyard being enclosed and my fur baby being welcomed! I had to extend our stay and the owners were quick to assist and help.

We were looking for a place to meet our kids halfway and this house was the pick. We three generations gathered around the table to play games and the children enjoyed running around the back yard. The deck was an enjoyable place to watch the sunrise. The house may be in the middle of a neighborhood, but there are so many trees in the backyard that it feels a bit secluded.
