They cover front door, back door, sides of the home and driveways.br- Minut noise monitoring devices located inside & outside. These track the decibel level and do not record.br- For your privacy, there are no recording or monitoring devices inside the home.brbrPet Policybr- Prior written approval required for petsbr- Pet fee of $49 per pet per stay.br- If pets are brought to the property and not approved, the fee is $100 per night per pet.br- RENTERS ASSUME ALL LIABILITY FOR PETSbr- Do not allow your pets on the furniture.br- Pick up pet waste in the yard prior to checking-outbrbrNo Refunds Outside of Strict Policybr- Reservations made on the third-party travel sites follow the cancellation policy posted on the property listing.br- Reservations made directly are subject to the following policy:br-- Cancellation within 30 days of arrival results in the forfeiture of your entire payment.br-- Cancellations more than 31 days prior to the Arrival Date will receive a 50% refund of the total rental rate.br- No refunds due to COVID-19 related issues or closures.br- No refunds or compensation will be given for any failure of any appliances or amenity such as but not limited to HVAC systems, dishwashers, refrigerators, cable or satellite TV, internet access, televisions, or swimming pools. Property may experience service and utility outages; in such a case, notify BVR immediately. Fee applies to all guests and visitors, regardless if they are staying the night.brbrDamages, Security Deposit, and Feesbr- Failure to vacate without prior approval will result in a $75 fee plus $25 per hour.br- If your failure to vacate affects our ability to prepare for the next booking, you agree to pay 100% of the next reservation and / or 100% of the cost incurred by cleaners due to rescheduling or waiting for you to vacate.br- Security deposits are refunded after move-out inspection with no damages.br- Security deposit includes deposits paid and / or credit card pre-authorization.br- Do not remove remotes or other devices. We Check Every Time.br- Cleaning fee covers normal use only.br- Renter agrees to pay replacement cost for stains and items or areas that cannot be cleaned.br- Guests agree to take out the trash on the designated days.br- Guests will be charged for stained or ruined towels or linens.br- Guests agree to treat the home with care. Moving furniture may result in extra fees.br- Guests are responsible for service call charges if misuse or lack of knowledge.br- Third party security companies may be used to enforce rule violations. The fee is $300 for each trip.br- Texas Property Code §92.108 states that Landlord may charge for: damages; deodorize & excessive cleaning; unpaid rent; late charges; pet charges; missing or damaged furniture, electronics or other devices; Landlord's cost to access the Property if made inaccessible by Tenant; removing abandoned property; illegally parked vehicles; Attorney's fees, court fees, costs of service, and other costs incurred in any legal proceeding against Tenant; rules violation fees or other items for which Tenant is responsible for under this agreement;
