Two bedrooms and two full baths, master bedroom has a king bed and blackout curtains, charging stations on side tables. The 2nd bdrm has a queen bed, side tables have charging stations on them. Both bedrooms and living room have Smart Roku TV's. Living room open to dining area and kitchen, fireplace with electric faux wood logs. The sofa has a pull out section that makes into a bed. Washer/dryer in master bathroom. Relax and enjoy the view of Canyon lake from large back patio, you can expect deer to greet you in the morning and evening. Very quite area near the lake. *Please note that the lake is still low due to drought, normally there is a lake view from the back patio. But even with the recent rains you can not see the lake from the patio.brbrSwimming pool is only for residents and guests staying at the condo.brbrThere is also a coin operated laundromat on the property with several washers/dryers, BBQ grills and picnic tables, boat/trailer parking.
