New construction home minutes away from Guadalupe River and Canyon Lake dam

This home was amazing - clean, well-equipped, comfortable. Great outdoor space. Fantastic kitchen. Can't say enough.

We enjoyed the Modern farmhouse decor, the comfortable furnishings and well appointed kitchen as well as the patio seating. The floor plan is great for several couples or a large family. The separate bar with ice maker was great for our pre and post wedding celebrations. The property is ideal for those going to a wedding at The Preserve.

This is the perfect house for couples. This was our 3rd year staying in this house during our annual vacation with friends and always love everything about this house!

We were in the Canyon Lake area for my daughter's wedding at The Preserve at Canyon Lake. We picked this property because it was close to the venue and had enough space for the family to gather. The outdoor patio was very comfortable with plenty of seating, a large gas grill and a fire pit. The kitchen and living area were also spacious and well appointed. The five bedrooms and four and a half baths gave everyone plenty of space to relax. There's also lots of parking space. The communication with the owner was great. The house was very clean and ready for us on our arrival. As an added bonus, we got to watch the young deer feeding in the front lawn each morning and evening. I highly recommend this property.

This house completely surpassed our expectations. Very clean, very modern, and very big. Incredible kitchen (I loved every second of cooking in it). Would 100% rent again for all of these reasons in addition to easy river access and access to towns like Gruene.

Every summer myself, my husband & a group of friends take a river trip to the New Braunfels/Canyon Lake area. This was by far our favorite home to stay in. Beautiful construction, great location & amazing views. We will definitely be back!

This property is amazing. The house is gorgeous inside and out. The house literally has almost everything you need and more. We have rented this house for 2 years now and love it.

Perfect home to host my son and daughter-n-laws baby shower. The house and location defiantly look better in person than the pictures. Plenty of space, kitchen was well equipped and it was just beautiful! Very clean and welcoming. The home owners were very accommodating in any questions or requests I had. I will defiantly recommend this home to anyone.
