The atmosphere was very relaxing and peaceful, both inside and outside. The kitchen having two refrigerators was very convenient for a large gathering. The only regret was the water pressure was very low during our entire stay and one day we had no water at all for about 10+ hours due to a mainline break in the municipal water service. Overall, a great stay.

Good location and clean house

Great accommodations for our high school girls’ soccer team who were in town for a 3-day tournament. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms…because that’s a must for 18 teenagers. The two fridges were great for the amount of food required to feed these girls. We were glad to see so much seating at the tables, too. The girls enjoyed spreading out outside in the different seating areas even though we were there in January with some colder temps. This is a well-done space for a large group. There were a couple of hiccups that were quickly handled. The smoke detector went off at 5am (we got it turned off) but then it came back on that night and wouldn’t go off. The heating unit on one side of the house also stopped working and it got pretty chilly. Once reported, a maintenance man was there within 30 minutes. These things happen, so we were glad to see quick after-hours attention. The girls did not love the beds which are a very firm memory foam…that was probably the one complaint. Great place overall!

An electric kettle is a good idea to have in the kitchen. There is a possible leak under the kitchen sink. Also no hangers in the closets. A bed bench is advisable to all rooms.

Great house and location.

We loved this place! The home features wonderful location, ample room for sleeping 20 guests, large kitchen-dining areas, and outdoor space (covered patio area and patio one level above river). The location is close to the highway and a store if you need it. Additionally, you can do a loop around the river easily from here. We'll be back!

Family and friends get-away for a few days in the summer. Great setup at the house with plenty of room inside and out. Good river access for floating. The kitchen setup with 2 refrigerators was great. The house had everything we needed for a memorable vacation.

Water deep in front of home. We tied off with anchors.

The stairs down to the river are very steep and the floating dock was kinda small and would not float with more than two people on it. The only other thing that was a little annoying is the water pressure was very low in the showers and at the kitchen sink.

This property went above and behind what we expected. The layout of the home was perfect for our needs. They thought of everything, 2 fridges tons of hang out locations. Will definitely stay again.

The accommodations were great, lots of space bedrooms/beds AND most importantly, lots of bathrooms so no fighting!! The management company was very responsive too. Definitely will be back

We enjoyed our stay!

Enjoyed our family reunion . Family members ranged in age from 8 to 81 years old. Access to the river for fishing was nice. House was spacious for 18 family members.

Me and a group of friends from highschool always do a river trip once a year. This vrbo was awesome and accommodated everyone. Having 2 refrigerators was a great addition. The river location was amazing and just deep enought and the new floating dock was perfect for getting in and out and just hanging out bythe river.
