An Additional deposit will be required paid directly to owner of $500. Guests will be required to clean any trash and return the property back into the condition it was delivered. A $150 fee will be assessed is excess trash is left. brbrTrash is collected on Wednesday (must be placed out on Tuesday night as it is an early collection) and Recycling is collected every other Thursday. We will contact you about placing these items out if it occurs during your stay. brbrPlease respect our neighbors. If you cannot do so, you will be asked to leave. brbrPlease do not use our white washcloths or towels to remove your makeup. Please use the plain black towels or the black towels with “makeup” written on them. Heating & Cooling: Do not turn the thermostat below 69 degrees during the summer, as the unit could freeze, and the Guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees.brbr3. Visitors: People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If we find unauthorized guests have stayed, a fee of $200 will be retained from your deposit plus $50 per person.brbr4. Guest Responsibilities: All the properties are privately owned. The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners and Booking Agent are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they allow to use the premises.brbr5. Property Maintenance: Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. The Guests will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and will conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to neighbors. Our properties are not intended to be party houses, as parties are prohibited.brbr6. Household Appliances & Furniture: Only use appliances for their intended uses. Do not use high heat or metal utensils with Teflon pans. Do not take indoor furniture outside the property and do not take outdoor furniture inside of the property.brbr7. Pet Policy: Pets are NOT allowed at this property, with the exception of legally documented service animals. Guest must provide documentation upon request. If any pets are found in/on the property without a previous agreement, the Guest will be fined $200, and the booking will be terminated. brbr8. Parking: Parking is allowed in driveway. brbr9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty, you may be billed for additional cleaning time.brbr10. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clogged the plumbing system, the Guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair.brbr11. Fires & Grill: Absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. A grill is available at property. Please put it back in its original position and clean it after each use. You may use the firepit only when a burn ban is not in place.brbr12. Personal Items: Guests will need to provide their own paper goods. An initial setup of trash liners, toilet paper, and hand soap is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Guest (e.g., toothpaste, soap, extra toilet paper, shampoo, etc.).brbr13. Trash: No trash or other items may be left on the property. Please collect all trash, bag it, and place it into the city garbage bin on the side of the house or in the garage. There will be a $25 charge if this rule is not followed.brbr14. Secure the Property: Close and lock all windows, close blinds, and lock all doors. Contact the Booking Agent immediately should any difficulty arise in properly securing the property.brbr15. Events: If the Guest wishes to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained from the Booking Agent and Homeowner. An event fee will be added.brbr16. Equipment: Should there be security cameras, guests may not alter, tamper with, or access in any way. Failure to follow this rule will result in charges to the Guest for the full amount of the damages caused by such failure.brbr17. REMINDER: Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. Our home is located in a great neighborhood in the heart of Aggieland. You will be greeted by huge oak trees in a great front and back yard. Plenty of room for corn hole, bbq or just hanging out on the covered patio with large groups. Just off the patio is an indoor game room equipped with a full-sized pool table for your entertainment! You will also find many board games and puzzles. brbrOur home was recently remodeled, brand new floors and each room has new mattresses (2022). The living room has two full sizes reclining couches and two overside leather chairs with ottomans. LOTS of floor space and room for blow up mattresses.brbrThe driveway offers plenty of room for 4 vehicles. This house is a great place for families to converge and have a great time! brbrWe bought this house for our son to attend college and now he has graduated.
