The Barkis Bungalow is the perfect executive retreat - a fully furnished 850sf 1Br/1Ba guest home in Central Austin with vaulted ceilings, a walk in closet + all high end amenities situated in the middle of an acre on Shoal Creek (Guests tell me that they feel like they are in the middle of a park). It's a very safe neighborhood, just 5 minutes from the University of Texas; 7-10 minutes to downtown and 7 minutes from the Domain.
