In order to accomplish this, I simply ask that all guests follow these house rules:br- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.br- Quiet hours are between 10PM – 8AM, 7 days a week.br- Parking is provided on the driveway and stone area adjacent to the driveway and is suitable for 2 sedans or SUVs. Parking is not available in the garage due to storage of guest and cleaner amenities. DO NOT PARK IN THE ALLEY.br- No more than 6 people on the property at any time, additional day guests must be approved by host beforehand.br- Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) in the home is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with the non-smoking policy will incur a $2,500 penalty if damage to furniture or any smoking odor is detected.br- Recreational drug use or any illegal activity at the property is strictly prohibited. br- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.br- Renters agree to cover any cost related to damages that occurred during their stay, including extra-cleaning charges if needed or any unauthorized pets if discovered during or within a reasonable amount of time after their stay. These amounts are charged to the credit card on file and followed by an email breaking down the fees and damages. No charges are ever processed without prior written notice. The minimum fine for damages is $500.br- Renters of 30+ days may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.br- Please avoid moving furniture.br- Fireworks are prohibited from the premises. br- Pets are not allowed at this property.
