While there are certainly public transportation options such as buses and individual transportation options such as scooters/bikes/mopeds, these options are mainly convenient and readily available around the downtown Austin area and quickly becomes sparse even a couple miles outside of city center. Guests who book more than 24 hours in advance will be able to check-in by 4 pm.brbr- We provide all of our guests a starter kit of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, etc. Guests can purchase any additional consumables from nearby grocery stores that you think you might need during your stay beyond what's included in the starter kit.brbr- The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean the gym, and other shared amenities as they see fit at any time. Please be aware.brbr- Please be aware that Texas is known for having all sorts of bugs and creatures, especially during the summer/when season changes/when it’s raining, that wander around and can sometimes get into the home. Bugs and creatures such as silverfish, earwigs, cockroaches/waterbugs, scorpions, spiders, wasps, mosquitoes, flies, snails, moths, ants, etc. are all very common in Texas and the South in general, and might show up in the home from time-to-time. The presence of a few of these critters, especially if they are found dead, does not indicate any sort of infestation in the home, as usually it's just the critters trying to escape the blistering heat or the freezing cold like everyone else.brbr- Registrations for cars are required for on-site parking. Unregistered cars cannot park on community property otherwise they will be towed if parked without approved registrations. If guests want to park in the complex, all cars must be registered PRIOR to 4pm check-in time. To register your vehicles for permits to park within the complex gates, you will need to complete and submit the registration form with your vehicle and contact information and renew every 24-hours. Guest vehicles being towed due to violation of parking policy and registration requirements will be the guest’s responsibility.brbr- A $200 security deposit is required as part of the check-in process. This deposit is held to cover any incidentals or potential damages during your stay and will be refunded after check-out, provided no issues are identified.
