Contemporary Lake Austin Estate Minutes from Downtown - Privately Gated

I have booked with VRBO many many times and I must say that this experience was by far the best. The house was perfect. Beautifully decorated and the master bedroom right off the pool was something I have been wanting for years. You can sit out front Beautiful trees and a breathtaking view of the lake. Each bedroom was comfortable with plenty of room. The master bedroom with the shower and jacuzzi tub was 2nd to none. On top of that the hosts were friendly and right there if we needed anything. Thank you so much for allowing me to spend my 50th birthday weekend there. I will probably book this place again at some point.

Beautiful property with nice amenities. There was nothing we needed that wasn't provided. A couple things came up during the stay, and Charlie very promptly addressed them every time. We would definitely stay here again if we needed something with 4 BRs. Thanks Charlie!

The house is beautiful and spacious. Worked great for our large family, as we had lots of privacy while still able to gather for meals and movies. Kitchen was very well appointed and the hot tub was delightful. We will definitely stay again!

Property is beautiful with a wonderful location. It poured all 4th of July weekend and every time it stopped for a few minutes we were able to get out and walk in the beautiful neighborhood.

This was a perfect home for our family reunion! The home is stunning and the view of the lake is so serene. We enjoyed the pool during the day and the front porch for evening cocktails. The location was perfect for all that we wanted to do, from hanging out at Zilker park to day trips in the surrounding hill country. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend!!

My family and I had a wonderful experience staying at this estate in Austin during Memorial Day weekend. Five adults and three preteen children were very comfortable there. Beautiful pool, with a gas bbq perfect for grilling dinner while the children swam. Nice and quiet location, which looked and felt as through we were in the Hollywood Hills. Gracious host, whom was extremely attentive and provided fantastic recommendations for activities, restaurants, etc. Five star experience!

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home. It was large enough to accommodate my whole family for my daughter’s graduation from UT. Charlie, the host, was available for any questions. I would say here again!

We had such an amazing time staying at this lovely home. It was so clean and spacious with an amazing front deck and a view of Lake Austin. The added bonus was the pool and hot tub which we really enjoyed using. It had plenty of bedrooms to fit our large group and the beds were exceptionally comfortable with nice bedding and pillows. The house is conveniently tucked in Westlake Hills which is beautiful and close to downtown. The host wa very responsive in answering any questions we had before we arrived.

Everything about the stay and the interactions with Charlie and Margo from reservation to checking out were exceptional. The communications, clarity of instructions about operating the home,response to every text and the level of details were wonderful. The home is a beautiful, well maintained property with great design features and luxury appointments. The property is stocked with everything you can possibly need down to the pool towels. Highly recommend.
