The main sitting area offers a flat screen cable TV, baby grand piano for the guests who can play, and a large sectional couch, 2 big chairs and 2 small benches. The large windows look out towards the hill country and neighboring rooftops. The upstairs terrace offers ample sitting with enjoyable evening lights. The fully-equipped kitchen has stainless-steel appliances and coffee for in the morning. The bar seats 4 and the dining table can accommodate 8 with the extra chairs found in the home. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with views of the luxury backyard pool/cabana. On a cool evening the 12 foot slider door in the bedroom can be opened to feel like the pool is at arm’s length. The two guest rooms are located on the opposite side of the house with a full bathroom/ bath shower combo. Both rooms have queen size beds. The office downstairs has a wall of glass doors that looks out towards the pool. In this room there is a sectional couch with an ottoman that can slide over to the couch to be made into a king size bed and also has a private bathroom with shower. brbrAfter a great day in Austin, come settle in to a relaxing evening at poolside under the cabana that accommodates seating for 7 and 2 more at the playing table.
