Artsy...Luxury Resort style living with POOL and JACUZZI near Downtown!

We had a wonderful stay at the Artsy luxury Resort. We stayed over winter break and it was the perfect time to visit. The whole family really enjoyed the heated pool and spa. The water feature for the pool along with the many places to hang out around the pool made it a great place to relax all day. Even in the winter with some warm days and some chilly, the water temp was very pleasant and we swam multiple times per day. For extra kiddo safety, the owner asked if we would like to put on the alarm on all the doors going out to the pool and we appreciated that. There is a gas grill that is super easy to use for an easy stay at home BBQ. The house is very clean and well kept. It is decorated very nicely with art and decorated tastefully for Christmas. All the bathrooms had fun water features to enjoy in the shower or tub area. The pull out couch in the basement is great for a kiddo. It is only a few stairs down from the kitchen so it doesn't feel basement like and it has a great view of the pool. Downtown Austin is not far for activities and restaurants, but far enough away in a safe/quiet neighborhood next to a golf course. There are also plenty of activities with a short drive in the surrounding area, especially for kids. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils for cooking. The owner is very responsive and helpful to any questions that we had during our stay. My children and I really enjoyed our stay here and we highly recommend. .

The House was very nice. The Pool was great for the kids. I enjoyed the Hot Tub. Location was perfect with a lot of restaurant choices. We will be back again next time we visit Austin.

From check in to check out. Amazing property and managers! Always available within reasonable time for our few questions. We have stayed in several properties around the US . This was by far our favorite. I honestly did not find/see one thing that I would want changed. The decor, the amenities, the pool, the master bed and bath, to the little things , coffee, spices , all kitchen needs!!!! Absolutely not 1 complaint!!! We hope to get to visit again

We have started at this house several times now and me and my kids love to go back every chance we get. It is so peaceful and is set up for a relaxing vacation for the whole family. Mindy is so attentive and always makes us feel at home. We will definetely be coming back again soon

Pool and house were very nice and close to a lot of entertainment

Our stay at the house was just what we were looking for. The house is exactly as pictured, we all enjoyed the pool, and it is not a far drive into downtown. Our host responded quickly and kept us informed. We will definitely book again when we come back to Austin.

A fairly short but enjoyable stay. We really booked this property for the hot tub (hard to find in Austin) and it was great for that! And didn’t disappoint in any way

My kids and I have stayed at this property multiple times and it never disappoints From the lively decoration throughout the house, to the thoughtfulness of arrangement of outdoor area. There is something for everyone and it is so relaxing.

Property was as described. This very well stocked, very comfortable home was perfect. The rental is stocked with paper products, pantry items, etc. leave everything at home. There are plenty of linens, towels etc. property owner reached out to me the morning of our stay and was easy to reach. Recommend to all and would come back .

This home haha become a favorite with my family for a getaway spot. It feels so secluded but surrounded with great places. Home design and pool decor is so relaxing and inviting. We felt right at home.

The house was awesome. We especially enjoyed the pool and cabana area. I’d recommend the host and location and would happily rebook if we’re ever in the area again.
