Just as some people require a service/assistance animal for medical or mental purposes, people with debilitating medical reactions to animal dander or hair, are protected by the Law.brbr4. This property is equipped with a heated 6,000 gallon indoor pool that has several safety rules that need to be adhered to for families with children or disabilities, or those that cannot swim. A new experience has been added to our lodge. A glamping dome nestled in the forest below our cabin which is situated on 3 acres. This dome will be climate controlled for year around comfort. A beautiful stone fireplace is provided for your ambiance and pleasure on our patio deck. I think we all enjoy a real fire over an artificial but for the safety of the occupants and the cabin, ONLY DURAFLAME TYPE LOGS ARE PERMITTED. A single duraflame type log will be provided to you upon checkin. No other combustible materials are to be placed in this fireplace. The deck surrounding this fireplace is made of wood. A spark or ember from a fire using wood could easily start a fire on the deck. Also, a log could roll out of the fireplace onto the deck as well. All fires in this fireplace should never be left unattended. Do not remove any ashes from this fireplace. Please contact the owner or manager if you need to have the ashes removed.brbr7. Wide open spaces are what makes this cabin unique with a gorgeous bar, brand new appliances, hot tub, leather sofas, 75 TV, and beautiful view. Location is absolutely ideal for all of the area activities. Just 6 miles to the heart of Gatlinburg attractions, 6 miles to The Island in the heart of Pigeon Forge, and 7 miles to Dollywood! Paved roads all the way!brbrWe put a lot of love into Moose Bear Lodge and are excited to share the results! This lodge has a very cool feel to it with cathedral ceilings, wood burning fireplace, and huge open space. The layout includes a large master bedroom with master bathroom, king sized bed, 55 flat screen and a huge picturesque window. The second bedroom is a huge 600 sq. ft. L shaped loft area with a king bed, queen bed, and 55 flat screen featuring the newest version of the X-Box One with 2 controllers and a huge memory foam bean bag. To enter the cabin, there are a few stairs to the main entrance - please see the pictures. There is also a secondary entrance with a ramp and no stairs if needed. Please note that the secondary entrance opens up into the second bathroom LOL. I believe the bathroom was added after the door had already been in place, so not a big deal but wanted to give you a heads up! All three televisions are smart TV's and you can access Netflix, Prime, and of course cable TV on them. This cabin does have a couple neighbors however, they do not sit right on top of the cabin and they are are difficult to see in the spring/summer with the leaves on the trees so I would classify this cabin as semi-private. Great space for parking also!brbrThe entire cabin is available to guests.brbrI do work during the day and I am constantly on the phone for business, so Airbnb Messenger or text is the easiest way to communicate. If you would like a return call, I am definitely happy to call if needed.brbrMoose Bear Lodge is located in the Sky Harbor neighborhood off of the main parkway smack dab between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg which makes it super easy to access just about any activity you are coming to town for. There are no gravel or dirt roads to travel on - only paved roads to the cabin.brbrIn this area, driving will be your best best from point A to point B however both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have excellent trolley systems so you can park and ride if you’d prefer.brbrThe roads to this cabin are paved, however, please keep in mind that inclement weather such as ice can affect accessibility so please plan accordingly. Winters here tend to be mild, however we do get occasional instances of ice/snow.

Only toilet tissue may be flushed down the toilets. Improper use of the plumbing system will cause serious damage and will require that a plumber be called at the renter’s expense, as well as additional fees for septic repair and pumping.brbrPOOLbrOur pool maintenance team visits every Wednesday between 10 am and 4 pm. No need to be present- they come and go using their own passcode if you aren't on site. Guests may not use the pool during their brief service time.brbrINDOOR POOL RULESbrFor the safety and enjoyment of all guests, please review the following before using the pool area:brACCESS: The indoor pool room is secured with a locked keypad door and pool splash alarm. No jumping from the water feature. Please use provided plasticware or tumblers.brNO DIVING: The pool is for relaxation and play- diving is strictly prohibited.brPETS: No pets in or near the pool. Pet hair and dander can clog the filtration system and cause costly damage, which will result in expensive additional fees charged to the renter.brbrNO PARTIES/EVENTSbrbrSECURITY CAMERASbrFor the safety of our guests and property, SkyView Splash is equipped with an exterior security camera located at the front door (Ring doorbell). brThe camera monitors the front entryway only - it does not record any private areas of the home.
