This could be easily used for a family, or responsible work house.brbrBACKYARD: As evidenced in the pictures, there are multiple sitting areas in the very long backyard. Outdoor dining area, outdoor swing, more outdoor seating. There is a simple charcoal BBQ grill among other outdoor equipment (rake, lawn mower, garden hose, etc). This is perfect for a family or a peaceful large get-together!brThere are about 5-6 steps to the lower level of the house from the backyard, and about 12-14 steps to the First Floor level from the backyard.brbrFRONT YARD: There is a small front yard with minimal (about 4 overall) steps to the First Floor Level.
