You will see the dining area straight ahead, with views of the lake, and then to your right is the spacious kitchen. The family room is to the left equipped with a smart tv and plenty of seating for the family. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms which share a full bathroom as well as a pull out couch which can sleep an additional two guests.brbrDownstairs you will find the spacious third bedroom with a queen as well as a full bathroom, mini fridge, and the washer and dryer. To access this bedroom you must walk outside through the lower porch. brbrThe private dock has a ladder for easy swimming. Water around dock is 7` deep during spring and summer.brbrYou`ll have exclusive access to the entire property and private dock.brbrBring your own boat or rent a boat from Lake Murray Boat Rentals, they will even deliver! brbrPark in driveway, there is plenty of room for multiple boats as well as electric outside near the house.brbrResidence comes with Carolina Connect fiber internet (700 Mbps) which is great for Zoom calls.brbrParties of any kind are strictly prohibited.
