Stayed Dec 21, 2024The facility was perfect! Two comments: A substantial security deposit is held, apparently not refunded till you submit your review? Second, the email with the key or door code to the stay was buried in my email from the Wednesday before my Saturday stay, hence the 1/5 for communication? Again, the facility was perfect! Peaceful! Wonderful!

Stayed May 8, 2026We enjoyed our very short time while attending child's college graduation. Host was excellent to work with. Although pet friendly, we did not bring our dog, but he would have loved it. Home is very roomy, lots of front door parking and everything you need for a great stay.

Stayed Feb 6, 2026Property was clean and had everything you needed. Great for our dogs too. Lake area was beautiful although it was very cold while we were there. Very quiet peaceful little neighborhood. It was about a twenty minute drive to downtown Prosperity and 25 min to downtown Chapin.

Stayed Jun 20, 2025My visit was relaxing and enjoyable. Clean and spacious home. For future renters, As a solo female I felt very safe during my stay. The cove was calming. I saw many wildlife and enjoyed a trip on the lake with the kayak. The host has gone above and beyond to make sure renters have everything they may need.
