From the first week of January to the third week of the August, Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals only. brbrSandy Flat sleeps 8 people with one bedroom (queen bed) downstairs, 2 bedrooms upstairs (queen bed in one and double and twin in the other). Children love the upstairs loft with its twin and trundle beds. Baths with shower and tub on each floor. Outside enclosed shower has hot water. Deck has beautiful clear view of Pawleys Creek. The ocean can be seen and heard from the upstairs bedrooms. Wifi and 3 television sets are included. brbrWe do not furnish sheets and towels, normally. Rentals on Pawleys Island usually have an additional fee for sheets and many people prefer to bring their own sheets and towels. Talk with me about this I as can furnish them for an additional fee of $50. brbrParking is available for a maximum of three cars. (Please stay on the paved drive.)brbrTHE PET FEE OF $100 IS FOR ONE DOG. EACH ADDITIONAL DOG IS $50. It is a 10-minute drive from the beach and provides more privacy and quiet than beachfront homes. The view is breathtaking at all times of day, as you can view in our photos. Pawleys Island beach is peaceful and pristine, and renowned for its surf. Within five miles of the island there are approximately ten first-rate golf courses and a large tennis complex. Fishing is available both in the surf and from our two marsh bridges. On the island are three fine launch boat ramps. Pawleys is a family beach where you can enjoy crabbing off a crab dock, shelling, biking and canoeing or kayaking. The ambiance is laid back. Our town speed limit is 25 mph, making it as safe as possible for the many users of the road including golf carts. During high tide explore the salt marsh with your own kayak or rent one. Swimming, fishing and sunning are the main activities of the day. Night life consists of dining out, long conversations on screened porches, shopping in a mainland boutique or strolling the beach.brbrMaster bedroom has a king bed with private bath. Guest bedroom has a queen bed with full bathroom in the hallway. 3rd bedroom is used as a home office with a twin bed. We have Netflix, Youtube TV, HBO Max, Hulu and Prime on the living room TV where you can enjoy our very comfortable L shaped couch. Screen in patio has a swinging day bed for peaceful afternoon naps. Large kitchen has plenty of counter space and room to cook and fully stocked with everything you need to cook. brbrDuring your stay, you will have use of our gas powered golf cart. We are located less than 2 miles (5 mins by cart) from Pawleys Island Beach. You can also use the cart to go to 3 different grocery stores, several restaurants and Gilberts Ice Cream Shop. There are some local restrictions. Carts can only be used on roads with posted speed limits 35 miles per hour or less and no carts after sundown. Driver must have a valid driver'ss license and obey all traffic laws.
