Adorable beach home in North Litchfield!!!

This was the perfect rental for our family. The home could have been a little cleaner but we had a wonderful trip!

Layout was awesome, perfect for amount of guests. Location was also great, close to the beach and very quiet areaHowever I would say if you do not own pets and are not used to dog smells, I would not stay. The carpet smelled bad of urine. Dog hair was not properly cleaned prior to arrival. We vacuumed once and there was a lot of hair that came up. Clumps found at edges of furniture If they would replace carpet and make it pet free would stay every year!

We loved that we could take our dogs with us. Enjoyed the week!

Always enjoy my stay here, but house is in serious need of upgrades. HVAC went out twice during our stay for the second year in a row. Appears very little maintenance is done on the home. Beds need to be upgraded. Terribly uncomfortable.

Very quiet neighborhood close to the beach. Excellent location for riding bikes. Our third year staying there. The new entry stairs and rear deck remodeling are fantastic. Very enjoyable vacation.

This home was perfect for our family!

We always enjoy our stay at Litchfield. No different this time. I really wish they would get some silverware and plates, you almost have to wash what you're using for the next meal. But as always, we enjoyed our stay.

The house was perfect for our family of seven. Everything in the listing was accurate and the house was very clean. The kitchen had all of the dishes, silverware, glassware, and cookware we needed. The beach was a short walk and it was exactly what we were looking for. We will book again!

We brought our family for vacation and to attend our daughter’s wedding at Brookgreen Gardens. We had a fabulous vacation as did our bulldogs! The backyard was perfect for our fur babies! We loved the proximity to the ocean. Nancy, the host, was always extremely responsive, and she made our stay great! We will go back again.

We had another great time at Nancy and Tim's place. They are great hosts and the location of the property can not be beat. Looking forward to next year already.
