The condo has free WIFI service.brbrThis unit (1608 South Tower) is located near the three large, quick elevators (with generator power back-up) and it has a great view of the area from the wide (street side) entry hallway. An exterior closet is available for beach supplies. The master bedroom and the living room both have sliding doors to the 27 foot oceanfront balcony with 6 chairs and a table. brbrNext door to the South Tower, are public restrooms and changing rooms and they are convenient to the ocean, Crescent Shores pool (about 50 feet away) and lazy river. brbrWe accept families and responsible adults only and allow NO PETS and NO SMOKING in our condominium or balcony. ALL OF CRESCENT SHORES IS NOW - NO SMOKING; IT'S ALWAYS BEEN NO PETS. NO MOTORCYCLES, ATVs or TRAILERS are allowed on the Crescent Shores premises. All adult group rentals to groups where everyone is 25 years and older. Prime season months are weekly rentals only; Saturday to Saturday. Rental linens are included.
