The setup of the room was perfect. We enjoyed the stay very much. The only issues were the air conditioning unit which was iced over, and Elliott sent maintenance to take care of right away, which we appreciated. Of course we will be back, we love it there. Thank you for everything!

This stay was great , especially for my mother. The lobby doors are wide and so convenient with the handicap buttons. The garbage disposal was easy for her to use and not have to go out to the street. The pool and hot tub were such a great bonus feature, and parking was roomy and not cramped. The room itself was very nice. Great view!

More photos of property on site would be helpful. Overall furnishings very good though washing machine needs to be replaced. Very nice vinyl plank flooring. Great location on the beach, lots of restaurants nearby.

The Condo was dirty and in need of repair. Washing machine had rust on the front of it. Our 4th day there it leaked all over the floor. Bathroom in Master needs attention. Rust on tub fixtures bottom of tub very soft feeling unstable. Vents had dust and what appeared to be mold in Kitchen. We cleaned the unit when we arrived because it was easier then calling to complain, we were tired from a 10 hour trip and did not want to create issues at the beginning of our stay, we have two small children. Just basic deep cleaning and painting would be a big help. Rugs in unit need replaced. Outside balcony needs attention. The Condo building itself was well maintain. View of beach was beautiful. I did call and speak with a member of the Elliott Reality staff. Did not feel my concern was really taken seriously. I was told they can suggest that the owner make changes but can not force them. She told me that this unit was at the higher end of their evaluation system. If that is the case they need to look at their evaluation system and make changes. I understand this is a very unstable time with the pandemic going on. I wish they had taken the time that everything was shut down to take care of some of these issues. We love the Myrtle Beach area, we will go there again.
