The area behind the house is private woods so you can sit and enjoy watching birds, squirrels and the occasional deer. The laundry is immediately outside of the kitchen door in the garage. If you need to use the garage for small vehicles such as bikes, motorcycles, kayaks or a golf cart please arrange it with us ahead of time. Maximum capacity of 6 (4 most comfortable) no parties or events. Security cameras are at the front door and driveway, parking for 3-4 vehicles. No pets or smoking allowed.
