Two stories with balconies on each level. Recently renovated. brbrOcean Lakes is a Family Campground. This homeowner only rents to FAMILIES. This is not a party house. Absolutely no underage drinking allowed. Quiet Hours on the campground are from 11 PM to 7 AM. This means no cruising the campground on your golf carts after 11. Parents must know where their children are at all times. When agreeing to rent you must let me know who will be staying on the property. As homeowners we are responsible for the behavior of all of our guests. No day passes for outside guest without prior approval of this homeowner. If you cannot follow these rules, please book elsewhere. It is wonderfully located just 5 houses (150 ft) from the Beach and 10 houses (250ft) from the Sand Dollar Lake. It is also located near the Ocean Lakes Recreation Center, Pool Areas, and Playground Areas.brWe are different than other properties at Ocean Lakes in what we provide. For your $350 cleaning fee the house is fully cleaned before you arrive by a contract company, PLUS they provide all fresh linens and all bath towels and wash cloths (fresh, changed out between every renter, not washed onsite and reused). You only need to show up with your beach towels. And if you want to bring you own linens you can, but there will be fresh white ones on the bed when you arrive. It is not cheaper to bring your own as we must provide linens with each rental; they clean and provide linens, bath towels (16) and washcloths (16) for the house. Whether you are looking to stay busy at the water park, play some beach volleyball, or bring the little ones to the playground right along the ocean there are endless options. Also, while you are there, play some mini golf, corn hole, horseshoes, basketball and maybe you want to try out the skateboard park. There are a few snack bars, a market and golf car rentals available. brbrHome features new granite countertops & appliances with upgrades throughout. If you prefer to do your own cooking, there are a variety of gadgets and cookware in the kitchen to choose from. Plenty of seating at the dining room table as well as a snack bar area for a couple more. We also have 1st and 2nd Floor master bedrooms with King beds and full baths. The upper master has its own private deck where you can watch the sun come up in the morning over the ocean. There are ceiling fans in 3 bedrooms, second TV area and living room. The main deck area wraps around the house for ocean views in both the front and rear of the house. You can relax on the swing on the lower deck overlooking the swash and watch the kids enjoy fishing or sit and watch the ducks and geese swim by.
