COCONUT TREEHOUSE, 5 bed/3.5 bath, 1 minute walk to beach, Holiday Inn section

An amazing house fully stocked and loaded with everything you need for a laid back getaway! Location of the house to the ocean is great and a short walk! Owner has chairs, fully stocked kitchen, and rooms have extra blankets and pillows that are great for winter months! Owner and communication with them about any needs was fast and helpful! Our Halloween weekend here was amazing!

This house is wonderful I have never seen a house stocked as well as this house! They even had a Bundt cake pan ! Lol so close to a beach access even the old lady (me) could walk to the beach every morning ! All my kids and grands loved it too !

The house was absolutely perfect! This house is stocked with everything you need while on vacation.. the golf cart was an added plus! I can’t say one negative thing about our vacation and our stay at The Coconut Treehouse… we will definitely be back next year!!

Home was clean, well equipped, with great layout & decor! We enjoyed the puzzles/games, surf boards & beach chairs provided by the owner. No need to load up golf cart & struggle to find a parking spot at beach, as this was a very short walk. Very convenient location. Highly recommended renting the owners limo golf cart. Whitlows responded quickly with easy check in process. We enjoyed our 2 week stay! Go Vols!

We enjoyed our stay at the coconut treehouse. Everything was clean, there was plenty of room for all of us and you can’t beat the location. We will definitely be back!

We were very impressed by this community! Having the water park and easy access to the beach was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 6 kids. The golf cart was a huge hit and truly is the nicest one around! The number of beds optimized the rooms so everyone had their space and was comfortable. If the size of our group allows we will definitely consider booking again next year for our annual trip!

This was a great stay for us, having been to ocean lakes many times it was our first time renting at a beach house , we have only visited others during our camping stays. Overall the house was tidy, we did notice that there were a couple things that possibly were an oversight being that this is just the beginning of the busy season. One bing that there’s was no toilet paper except almost empty rolls in two of the bathrooms, the others had none at all, some minor damage here and there but nothing that impacted our stay. We did have to clean a few things in order to use them including the tables an chairs downstairs, some dishes, there were rotten cream cheese single serve cups left in with the coffee supplies, dirty silverware. Overall though we would come back as we figure that this was an oversight from the property maybe not being in full swing yet with the busy season. Our children loved doing the puzzles , and we were comfortable , had pretty much everything we needed.

Great stay. Close to the beach and the golf cart is a big plus.

This was a fantastic family vacation. The house was so close to the beach, had everything we needed, and was the perfect spot for some relaxation!

We really enjoyed our stay here, and really appreciated everything the home had in it, from cookware to games, we put together a 1,000 piece puzzle together as a family. The home was clean & even has blow dryers in the bathrooms which i thought was so nice. Best Spring break ever & we absolutely loved the golf cart as well.

We spent Thanksgiving there and it was the BEST stocked VRBO we’ve stayed in. We stay in about 10-15 a year and we had the best communication and the best overall experience at this house.. Great location, great amenities and was great for our group of 11.

Great house, location, good communication. Us as a family really enjoyed it. !!!

this is the second time we stay here and is great but this time we notice the house was not clean, terrace was dirty and had bottle caps from previous renters, kitchen also was not clean, coffee machine had dry coffee stains and filter was full off coffee. the fee for cleaning is really high to get these issues.

We had a great time inspite of Tropical Storm Debby. The house was just as listed and the owners were great to work with. The outdoor space under the house was awesome and helped us weather the tropical storm. I would highly recommend this property.
