Our townhouse is one of seven in a QUIET, single building property in what many locals call the best area of Myrtle Beach. 76th Avenue ends at the Atlantic just beyond our building. The sand is wide and inviting for your perfect beach vacation. All luxuries and necessities are walking distance or a very short drive away.
You will enjoy not having to wait on an elevator and having dedicated parking spaces. The parking space directly in front of the door is really handy

Stayed Jul 21, 2025I highly recommend this large townhouse for anyone vacationing in Myrtle beach. It's a quick and easy walk to the beach with no busy roads to cross. There's also an ice cream/pizza place, Starbucks and burger place within walking distance. For food shopping, Food Lion is only a 3 minute drive. The place itself was clean and had everything we needed. The beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels provided were a great perk.

Stayed Jun 16, 2025This wonderful place was a block from the beach. We walked there everyday. We spent time on the patio and grilled steak and chicken a couple nights. There was plenty of room and beds were very comfortable. All the appliances and dishes we needed. The owners were very accommodating and were just a text away if we had any questions. Communication was A. We will definitbe back.
