Kitchen fully equipped with stove, fridge, dishwasher, coffee pot, microwave. Covered concrete carport, outdoor shower to wash sand off. NO SMOKING OR PETS!! Professional cleaning service and fresh linens and towels with each visit. Service adheres to all Covid 19 protocols for cleaning. Community has 2 outdoor pools, hot tub, Children's splash park, Indoor heated pool. Please note that we only rent Saturday to Saturday. Long term winter rentals are available at discounted rates.
