Stayed Jul 18, 2025Where do I start, when we walked in the smell of mildew was quite strong. The TV in the bedroom didn't work. The bathroom had remnants of urine stains by the toilet. There were a limited amount of outlets in the bedroom. When we arrived late that evening we drove around for 30 minutes looking for parking, the parking lot was full. Either they pulled a bait and switch or we were not given the same unit as pictured, there was no big pool with waterslides and the furniture seemed different. When you lock the door from the inside it no longer locks from the outside, so every time we left our valuables were unprotected. The main front door of the building doesn't lock and I didn't see any security. The windows were so stained and dingy that you couldn't even see out of them. In conclusion I didn't get what I paid for and that is unfortunate. The unit is rundown and outdated, the owners need to do a complete renovation before renting it out again or lower the price..significantly. I was disappointed, my kids were disappointed. Our family vacation was unable to be salvaged.
