This newly remodeled home in the Bermuda Bay section of Ocean Side Village has everything for your family and friends: The main floor starts with a wide covered front porch; There are 2 master bedrooms- on either side of the front hallway, which also has a 1/2 bathroom for all to use; and a laundry room for easy access. The great room, kitchen and eating area have a cathedral ceiling; there is a large pantry; the kitchen table seats 8, plus there are 4 stools at the counter. Open the sliding glass door to use the BBQ grill, and large table under the umbrella. Upstairs is a bedroom with 2 bunk beds, and the lower beds are doubles. it has its own full bathroom with a tub for the kids. The lower level has its own full kitchen, family room, laundry room, full bathroom, and 2 bedrooms- 1 with a queen bed, the other has a queen and a twin bed. open the sliding door to use the covered deck with 2 large tables while you enjoy watching the ducks and the fountain in the waterway. Finally, enjoy the recreation room with a pool table which has a ping-pong top, dart board, and table & chairs to play games. Every room has a TV, there are a few DVD players, stereo, a baby high chair, play pen and gate for stairs, wireless internet (password protected) and use the 6 bicycles, 12 beach chairs and wagon. The driveway is large enough for 5 vehicles! The amenities of Ocean Side Village are amazing: Outdoor pools for kids, and adults; a heated indoor pool, two lighted tennis courts, bocce ball courts, shuffle board and a lighted pickle ball court; a sports field with a backstop for softball/baseball, volleyball, basketball, frisbee, soccer and a playground; a dog park; a fitness center ($25 per person per week), a community center and 24-hour security! This is a rare and unique creek house located on the creek in Murrells Inlet. It has been in our family for more than 100 years, and has been renovated and updated inside for comfort and modern conveniences The house comes with a private dock built in 2017, and a floating dock if you wish to bring your boat. We are 1/4 mile south of the public boat ramp in Murrells Inlet. Plenty of parking on our lot for boat trailers. Electric power and fresh water hoses on dock. Dock is new since 2016, and it has electric power and fresh water available. There is a floating dock, and a fish cleaning station on the dock. The creek is navigable at all tides from the dock, and there is a swim ladder on the dock. Guests can enjoy activities such as swimming, fishing, crabbing, oystering, clamming, and boat riding. Free Kayaking from our floating dock is made easy. We have 5 kayaks and 4 bicycles which are included. Owner, with permission, sometimes has access to his boat, which is kept separate from the dock on a boat lift. This will not unduly interfere with your use of the dock.brBeaches (Pawleys Island, Litchfield, and Garden City) are minutes away by car. Renown Brookgreen Gardens and Huntington State Park, 3 miles away, are jewels on the Grand Strand. The public boat ramp is 1/4 mile to our north.brThis property has almost a acre of land on the Inlet under beautiful 300 year old live oaks and has a great grassy front yard near the Inlet which is a safe , wonderful play area for children. Please bring life jackets for smaller children so that they can fish, crab, and play on the dock. Bring you own fishing gear.brThis is one of the few remaining original creek houses left on the waterfront, and is full of nostalgia and history.
