Beach Dreams 2nd floor BEST VIEW Watch the waves roll in from the living room.

Billy and Jeannie were excellent hosts! THANK YOU. The view from the balcony, ocean front, is dreamy. The decoration in the condo is top-notch, cohesive theme and tastefully done. We cooked most days in the condo, but there are restaurants within walking distance. Situated between the Surf City and Garden City piers. Garden City was the closer one, maybe half a mile (?), and walking on the beach to the piers was very enjoyable. We were there during (not for) BIKE WEEK, [and we were on a motorcycle ourselves] so we saw lots of motorcycles everywhere. I would recommend the HOA make a rule that motorcycles need to park, (on the parking structure,) but closer to the street side, not in front of the condo's doors because it gets super noisy. If you don't want motorcycle noise check the calendar of events to avoid those weeks. The pools and jacuzzi, both inside and outside, were a delight to our family. There is a restaurant/bar on the first floor of the building, which is very convenient. The condo has TVs in every room. There is a mini-mart next to the building, which further adds to convenience. The condo has beach chairs and boogie boards to use (our girls loved them!). For an older building, it is very well-mantained. The pools are cleaned daily and we saw maintenance personnel working all the time. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would love to come back again. THANKS Jeannie and Billy 💞💕💞

Had a wonderful time last week with my parents. Jeanne was the best host yet! Nice extras in the condo, and nice furnishings and decorating. Loved the comfortable beds, chairs on the balcony, the view and the easy access to the beach.

The unit was immaculate and well maintained. It was updated and very comfortable. It was on the second floor over looking a beautiful beach and pool. Jeanie was a lovely host who went to extreme measures to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I recommend taking a small car though as parking spots are tight. We can’t wait to go back.

The condo was very clean, beautiful decor, great view of the ocean! We loved the indoor pool and hot tub! Despite of the construction going on, We loved our stay!

Our favorite thing about our stay was the balcony! The proximity to the ocean was excellent. The property manager was super nice and had thought of everything. The amenities were our second favorite thing. The pools indoors and out were really clean and refreshing. The indoor furnishings and artwork were absolutely beautiful. Check out was a breeze and we have recharged our souls during this lovely relaxing beautiful stay! Highly recommend!!

This was our third stay in this unit, and we will definitely be back! Jeanie and Billy are perfect hosts. It's obvious they have great pride in their property and go out of their way to make sure their guests have a wonderful stay. They think of everything so you don't have to! Love the new high rockers on the balcony and new mattresses in the second bedroom.

I've stayed in a lot of units at this property and believe me when I say that this one was THE BEST! The hosts have thought of everything! It is tastefully furnished and has ALL of the comforts of home. Absolutely perfect!

There are no words for the view. It’s breathtaking. And steps away from the beach. The hospitality is unbeatable. We’ve vacationed all over, but never have I ever been in a more comfortable bed. It’s like sleeping on a cloud. Clean, comfortable and so relaxing. My only regret is not booking more days!

The condo was so nice! Well furnished with all the little things that you always forget (trash bags, laundry soap) The view was absolutely stunning! You can really tell the owners put a lot of time and effort into making your stay as wonderful and effortless as possible! We are already planning a return trip!

This was our third time staying at this condo. The owners are wonderful and the condo was impeccably clean, as it was the other times we stayed. This is a great spot for a couple or small family looking for a relaxed area with a great atmosphere to have a nice quiet vacation. There are several nice restaurants close by and if you're looking for shopping or attractions for your family they are a short drive away. I would highly recommend and look forward to booking another stay!

Overall place is nice. The master has a full bed which was small but comfy. The twin beds are fine for kids but adults not so much. Location is convenient and view is lovely.

This was our third year in the condo and it gets better every year. The location is ideal, the condo is roomy and cozy, access to beach and pool is quick and easy and you just can't beat the view. The owners are friendly and aim to please. Couldn't be happier with this place. Looking forward to next year.

With this unit being on the 2nd floor, you are steps away from the pool and beach. Well decorated while very comfortable, couldn’t ask for a better place to stay! And Jeanie and Billy will make sure you are taken care of, we will most definitely return and we look forward to it!

Definitely great view. Online info accurately described the attractive condo. Very easy check-in.Parking is the only issue as there are no designated parking spaces.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The host provided complete instructions for use of various appliances. They also made recommendations for dining, including providing menus. There were many extras included not typically found in similar properties. The kitchen was particularly well equipped. The entire condo complex was impressive. We would definitely consider staying here in the future.

We first stayed at Beach Dreams in Spring 2023 and were thrilled to make a return visit. Jeanie and Billy take tremendous pride in their property. The decor is beautiful. The place is immaculately clean. And I'm constantly amazed at all of the little things they include so you don't have to think about them. From beach chairs and towels to shampoo to cleaning products, it's all there. We love being able to park right outside the door. And of course the beach view is amazing!! You will not be disappointed with Beach Dreams!

It was a very nice small condo. Great for 1 couple and small children. 2nd bedroom and bathroom very small. Owner was great and overall experience was very good. Just too small! Would stay there again if just one couple.

Our host was so responsive! Very kind and helpful. The unit was perfectly set on beach front. Despite storm Debby...we had long periods of now rain and able to go to beachetc. Staff on site also very kind and helpful

Jeanie and Bill’s place is like your home away from home. I couldn’t be more happy. Everything you needed was there alls you had to do was bring your suite cases and bring your own food. It’s decorated so cute my family never wanted to leave. They went over and above for us. I highly recommend renting from them any time. Thank for a great vacation. 😘
