Not only has the metal structure been reinforced with multiple coating, the foundation has newly poured concrete footings, and the walkways and balconies, elevators, stairways, lighting, and exterior ceilings have been upgraded! It's like brand new!brbrThe ocean views will greet and astound you the second you walk off of the elevator! This vacation beach house is in the Award Winning, private, gated golf and ocean club community, Wild Dunes in Isle of Palms, SC. This very private, spacious, end unit condo directly faces the beach and is situated so that it is closest to the beach. Stunning ocean views up and down the shoreline.brbrThe unit 401 is located on fourth floor of a five-story building, high enough for spectacular views. This oceanfront condo directly faces the beach and is situated closest to the beach with other units fading away behind it from the ocean for maximum privacy and stunning ocean views. The oceanfront balcony runs the width of the unit and has access from the large open living area as well as two of the three bedrooms. Recently remodeled, this beautiful condo is decorated with coastal-style furnishings and we stay there often ourselves. brbrBefore buying this condo, we rented one of the Summerhouse condos every summer. So I have our condo how I’d like to have it as if I were renting it for my family, including a keyless entry door, a storm glass front door, a Keurig, coffee pots, kitchen spices, large pots and slow cooker, beach chairs, master closet open for use, movies/books/games, double ice-maker refrigerator, and x-large washer/dryer. There is a Harris Teeter grocery and package store on the island as you first come off the Connector, which is very close and convenient! The space includes a dining room, pantry and dinette in the kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer. There is wireless high-speed internet; four (4) flat screen TVs with Blu-ray players; HBO/Showtime channels; comfortable couches & cozy chairs with light blankets to cuddle-up for a good movie after beach hours! There are plenty of books, games, and puzzles for your enjoyment! The main area has a smart TV, so don’t forget your movie APP account login, like Netflix.brbrPrivate, residents only swimming pool with spacious sundeck and beach walkway with showers for beach access. brbrConvenient elevator access from parking area below. brbrWe have beach chairs available in the condo for your use, and IOP beach chair company offers their own umbrellas and beach chairs to rent as well.
