The home tastefully decorated in whites, blues and grays making you feel relaxed and like you are at an ocean retreat. To the left of the entrance is a ½ bath then the office which has a blue leather couch and matching chair, desk by the window and 40 SMART TV. The perfect, quiet location to catch up on some work or a homework station for the kids. To the right of the entrance is the living room complete with a white couch and two chairs, a high-top table with three stools and a 60” Samsung TV mounted over the fireplace. There are glass doors that open out to the front porch. The dining room has a table that seats six and a beverage center complete with a sink, wine fridge and ice maker. From here you enter the gourmet kitchen with a large granite topped island with three stools, stainless steel appliances including a Sub Zero refrigerator, a Wolf 6-burner gas stove and a large pantry. brbrFrom the dining room there is access to a screened-in porch with a ceiling fan and three seat sofa. Outside there is a small deck that has a Weber gas grill. On the other side are the stairs that lead you down to the pool deck.
