And although all the beach at Palmetto Dunes is gorgeous, there is often a higher density of folks on the south gate side of the resort, and we are on the less populated North gate side of the resort. That means there'll be fewer people on our stretch of beach than on the south gate side, and therefore less trouble finding your perfect spot of sand!brbrFrom the community dock (about 20 yards from our back patio) that borders the 11-mile lagoon , you can fish, lounge, or just relax. Even closer is the community pool, about 20 steps from our back patio! Our patio has a sling dining set that seats six comfortably, and a chaise lounge to relax and enjoy your favorite book or a snooze.brbrALSO, we have an oversized concrete patio, so our outdoor living space is roomy, and our Weber grill will make your cookouts a dream.brbrOur 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa sleeps 8-9 and is perfect for families, couples, gatherings of old friends, or special getaways. There are two bedrooms on the second floor, and one on the first floor, all with ensuite private baths, cable TV, DVD players, and closets. Our first floor king master bedroom has an updated bathroom, and direct access to a small patio that borders the main patio. The master king bedroom on the second floor is bright and cheery, with a wall of glass and a large balcony that overlooks the patio. The other upstairs bedroom has a queen and twin XL beds, plus a rollaway twin bed (that could be used in another bedroom if needed), and a small balcony. Surf Court 48 is a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom two-story condo with a ground-level entry located in South Forest Beach. This condo is an end unit with an assigned parking space right outside the door, as well as several guest spots right around the corner of the condo. br The main floor was completely remodeled in 2016 with the addition of ceramic tile floors, stainless steel appliances, as well as new cabinets and granite countertops in both the kitchen and the half bath. Ceiling fans were added to the living room and both bedrooms. The entire condo was painted and new carpeting was added on the stairs and in the upstairs bedrooms and hall (the primary bedroom and both upstairs bathrooms have been repainted since 2019). A new HVAC system was installed in April 2018. A new washer and dryer were added in June of 2021.br The two bedrooms on the second floor each have a private bathroom, as well as closets, an armoire, and a television. One bedroom has a king-size bed, while the other has a queen and a twin. There is also a sofa bed in the living room.br In addition to the bedroom televisions, there is a large flat panel television in the living room with three HDMI ports for you to hook up a gaming system. The condo has cable television and a DVD player, as well as secure wireless internet. br Outside the front door is a gated area to keep your bicycles and beach chairs. Beach access is right across the street from the front of the complex and there are many paved bike paths nearby. Also, the Van Der Meer tennis center is down the street from the condo. Outside the sliding glass door in the living room is a patio with a table, chairs, and umbrella, as well as access to the courtyard and the wonderful pool.br Surf Court is close to restaurants and grocery stores, and also is within walking or biking distance of Coligny Plaza, which has restaurants and a variety of interesting shops.brbr
