Blissful Villa, King Bed

I am not one to write poor reviews.. However, it's important to honestly point out what made it disappointing for the sake of the host and future visitors who are going to pay a decent amount of money to stay here. - I hope this review can spark change, best of luck. Things to note from our experience: - The Condominium complex is outdated and poorly upkept. There are no elevators which is a big deal since this unit is located on the third floor. Aggressive signage posted all around the complex is off-putting. Not well kept or cleaned - major spider webs in the stairwell and all over the railings outside. Outdoor pool was never cleaned and couldn't be used. Front gate security was difficult to deal with. - Feral/Stray Cats everywhere! There is a Cat Sanctuary right next to the property that is filled with stray cats. These feral cats roam and liter the entire complex and you can find them sleeping on your vehicle in - very odd and not what I signed up for. - The unit lacks TLC. The following things made us not want to spend significant time in the unit: The living room was poorly furnished, mismatched, and non-functional - part of an old couch was found outside on the porch, minimal lighting in living room made it dark, pillows and blankets on the couch were not cleaned, and there was an ACTIVE beehive located on the back porch. - The host Bunmi was wonderful to work with - responsive and professional during our entire stay.

Not a bad place. Was really nice. The beach wasn't what we thought it would be.

Found this as a last minute trip. Great location out of the way from the busy parts of the island. The unit was perfect for our family. Short walk to a quiet beach, clean, well maintained property.

Property was clean and check in was easy. Two issues detracted from our stay. The day before checkin the owner informed us that the electronic keypad was inoperative and we would have to use the manual lock box to access the key to the condo and if we lost said key we’d be responsible for locksmith fees. This made it inconvenient with our family of 5 as someone always had to have the key and be mindful of the keys location during swimming or other activities. One other issue was the location of the condo. The condo is located in building C. Right across from the gate entrance to the property. This is a considerable walk to the outdoor pools and the beach access. The blue location icon on the listing shows the property in a building adjacent to the outdoor pool. This is incorrect. Had I known the true location of the property I would have booked a unit closer to the beach and pools (as a larger group of family members were staying there). All in all the stay was fine.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were unaware of locations of things due to never being there before but it was all in all a great stay!

We had a wonderful trip, visited a light house and took a boat ride to see the dolphins. Everything was in easy access. The pools were great, friendly staff. This is someplace I would visit again.
