You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.brbrNo illegal substances or activities on the premises.brbrA starter amenity package is provided for each reservation. These items are intended as a complimentary starter supply only and may not be replenished during the stay.brbrPets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.brbrFor stays longer than 21 days, we charge an additional cleaning fee. If the house is left in a state that requires additional cleaning, we will charge a fee that covers the additional expense.brbrEarly check-in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost.
