Use handrails where available, wear appropriate footwear, and proceed with care to avoid slips or falls.brbrFalling Icicles: Icicles may form on the roof during freezing weather and can pose a hazard. The host shall not be held liable for any injuries resulting from these weather-related conditions.brbrWe just wanted to let you know that we highly recommend using a 4x4 vehicle for this home, especially if you’re visiting during the winter months. The road can get a bit tricky in snowy or icy conditions, and a 4x4 vehicle will ensure a safer and smoother experience.brbrHouse RulesbrParties/Events: To maintain the tranquility of our neighborhood, parties or events are not permitted. The home enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $500.brbrMODERATE CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund for cancellations up to 5 days prior to arrival. No refund after that. We do not make exceptions to this, for any reason, including weather, illness, or other circumstance that interrupts your travel (whether it is within your control or not), and do not accept date changes. Therefore, we always advise that guests purchase travel insurance for their trip, just in case!brbr- Quiet Hours: Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please be mindful of noise levels during this time. Noise complaints could lead to cancellation and eviction.brbr- Occupancy: The property accommodates a maximum of 14 guests. The number of people on the property must not exceed the confirmed guests on your reservation. This policy is in place for your safety and insurance people more than this, will be charged $65 per extra guest per night past 14, AND any undeclared guest in the reservation. Also these people will automatically be vacated for trespassing, and they will be forced to leave. brbr- Parking: Kindly park only in designated areas. Please note that management is not responsible for any loss, damage, or penalties incurred while vehicles are on the premises.brbr- Smoking: Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside the house. Any violations will result in a $500 charge.brbr- Hot tub: For the best experience and to maintain water quality, it is required that all guests shower with soap before entering the hot tub to remove oils, lotions, and other residues from the body. This helps ensure a pleasant and odor-free hot tub experience for everyone. Guests use the hot tub at their own risk.brbr- Late check-out: A charge of $50 per hour will apply for any late check-outs that were not approved in advance.brbr- Damages: Any damages to the property will be charged to the guest.brbrSECURITYbrIf we have to dispatch security for any reason to your rental, there will be a $200 charge that will be charged to the guest. If security is dispatched multiple times then this will be grounds to terminate your reservation along with an additional $100 per time security has to be dispatched after the initial $200 fee.brbrCLEANINGbrOur cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). This is NOT a hotel. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $300, there will be a $20 fee for unclean dishes.brbrTrash: Please place all trash in trash bags, seal them, and dispose them properly.brbrbr - Pets: We happily welcome up to two dogs at our home with prior approval and an added pet fee:brbrShort term stay: $65/night/petbrMidstays: $40/night/pet brbrIf you're bringing a pet, please remember to clean up after them.
