Upon entering the North unit, you will be welcomed by a spacious, comfortable living room and tasteful beachy decor. A sofa bed along the East wall allows for a very comfortable movie spot, and then provides 2 separate twin sized beds. The 55” television above the decorative fireplace has full live TV via the YouTube TV app, and allows you to sign into any of your preferred streaming services. The upgraded eat-in kitchen provides seating for 4 and is fully equipped with a Keurig, coffee pods, and all basic cooking needs. The kitchen also features all brand new stainless steel appliances. Down the hall you’ll find the bathroom with new vanity and fixtures and a rain shower head. The master bedroom features a makeup vanity with a small stool and lighted mirror. Both bedrooms are alike in size and boast queen beds with super comfortable Serta mattresses. For your convenience, there are iPhone chargers on each of the night stands . The back door to the “cottage” is off of the kitchen and leads to the deck that is complete with brand new, comfortable furniture and is shared with the South cottage next door.
