Stayed Sep 25, 2025The house and the host were wonderful. This was my first time booking a stay with VRBO, but it won't be my last. The host responded immediately with any questions, and the house was wonderful. There were 6 of us and everyone was impressed. I would recommend to everyone.

Stayed Sep 23, 2025A lovely, well appointed comfy home minutes from the bustle of Newport. We had a quick stay here, but would definitely book again. Beds were very comfortable, very nice linens, spacious LR, DR and kitchen area. Yard had a cute little fire pit we wish he had time to utilize. Simply charming!

Stayed Sep 5, 2025We had a great experience! The house was well accommodating for traveling out of state. Plenty of towels! Very accommodating with the AC units! It was a humid weekend so the upstairs units were key to have for the bedrooms! The house its self is beautiful! The old look and feel to it is cozy and inviting! There were 5 families that stayed in the house (we were there for a wedding) and it was the most friendly, comforting and cozy home! The parking was tough but we made it work. But that was out of the owners hands with town ordinances. But she was very accommodating and helpful! I would love to go back and spend more time in Newport! Thank you!

Stayed Jun 27, 2025We had an excellent stay at this property for my best friend’s bachelorette weekend in Newport. The house is in a great location and although it is close to the main roads, it feels secluded and quaint! The entire weekend was excellent! The only small issue is we wish we knew in advance that you can only park 4 cars on the property. With 12 girls staying at the house coming from many different states & cities, we had 9 cars total but nowhere to park 5 of them.It would have been helpful to know this ahead of time.Everything else was great! Plenty of room for a fun weekend - clean, well-decorated and safe! A great experience overall.

Stayed Jun 20, 2025We had a great stay at Danielle’s house for my sister’s bachelorette weekend. The house was spacious, clean, the beds were super comfortable, and we enjoyed spending time in the outdoor spaces. Danielle was very responsive and helped accommodate all of our needs. The location of the house was perfect! We were within a 10 minute drive/uber ride to the beach and downtown Newburyport! Would definitely recommend this house to any group looking for a Newport getaway!
