Julie was very quick to respond with any questions we had. House had everything we needed for two small children (crib, high chair, gates, etc). Clean, comfy beds, and well equipped kitchen. Parking adequate for two trucks and a jeep. Beautiful view of Eaton's Beach. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Julie's home! We rented this home for a last-minute girls' weekend and enjoyed every minute. The house is steps away from the beach, has beautiful views from multiple rooms along with a large outdoor deck, and all of the amenities anyone needs. Although we didn't take advantage of it this time, I also noticed a complete beach setup available on the first floor, complete with beach towels, beach chairs, and a wagon for hauling. Julie was very communicative and helpful in both the check-in and checkout process. We definitely plan to book again!

We had an amazing stay for to celebrate a 35th birthday at the Seafood Festival! The house is beautiful and cozy with the fireplace. It was very spacious for our group. We couldn’t have enjoyed it more.

Great location! Close to Cliff Walk and to Newport. Julie was awesome and super accommodating. Appreciated the abundance of wine glasses and coffee cups!

Beautiful property Everything was wonderful!

House was perfect for our family. The owner was spot on when she said we didn't need to bring anything but our personal items. The house had everything we needed. Beach items, games for the kids, a playroom, pool table ping-pong table, fire pit table and a beautiful deck to watch the sunsets. We will definitely be going back.

We were a group of nine ladies that chose this property for its location close to the beach and Newport. The property was very clean and stocked with everything that we needed for an enjoyable weekend. Julie was very attentive and let us know she was available if we needed anything!!

Had the best reunion weekend with college friends at this property. Steps from beach, cliff walk and local restaurants. Communication with owner was excellent, responded within minutes of any inquiry. Also went the extra mile to recover some lost photos for us! Very clean, spacious comfortable with all amenities. We will be booking again for next year. Cannot recommend this property enough!!

We had a large group of women stay at the house. With 3 bathrooms and numerous beds, it was easy to make everyone comfortable. The house was very clean and well decorated. The view was amazing, and it was an easy walk to get on the beach. Julie was quick to communicate and very accommodating. I highly recommend!

Great location. We enjoyed the Cliff Walk and visiting the Breakers for the opening of the holiday season. The house was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our group of nine. Beautiful view of the shoreline from the house.

An amazing, fall, girlfriends' getaway. Julie could not have been nicer or more helpful. We all came from different states so she was very accommodating with an early check-in. The house was extremely clean and had plenty of everything - towels, chairs, toys, etc. The views of the beach are beautiful and a perfect view of the cliff walk. Steps away from the beach / restaurants and only a few minutes drive to downtown Newport so it was the best of both worlds. We'll be back!

The house was perfect four our family of 6 adults and 3 young children with room to spare. It is very convenient to everything in Newport. The house was Very clean and well equipped. The beach toys and gear was a bonus. Julie was a very helpful and responsive host.

Our family recently rented this home for our annual family beach vacation. The home was absolutely wonderful in every regard ~ comfort, very clean and well-maintained, well equipped, and a great location. The beds were so comfortable!! In addition, the host was so helpful and always accessible. This is truly a 5 star property!

Julie—thanks so much for sharing your house—“Be on the Beach” – for our 3 generation family (6 adults and 4 kids) vacation this past week. The house is fabulous, very clean, with great views and has everything needed for a super beach vacation—abundant bath, kitchen and beach towels, plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas etc. Plus, a new deck and outdoor shower. And being just a short walk to First/Easton’s Beach was huge as we could go back and forth multiple times a day depending on which kids were tired or hungry, who needed to get out of the sun etc. It was an easy walk to several restaurants and a great ice cream shop, and a short drive to Newport, Brenton Point for kite flying, and the Sachuest Point wildlife refuge. The basement was also a hit for the 2 older kids—almost 7. After a day at the beach, they could play down there with all sorts of toys. We had terrific weather the whole week until late Friday afternoon—some rain and a lightning show over the mansions across the way. All in all, a great vacation—we all said we would love to come back again. Thanks so much.

I highly recommend booking this property, it's right on the beach, super clean, with comfy beds. We were there for a bachelorette weekend with 11 girls and it did not feel too tight. It's just a 10 minute uber into Newport and close to the wineries. Julie was super responsive and lives next door if anything comes up. Also, love the front porch!
