Walk to 30th St Station, Schuylkill Trail, CHOP, UPenn, Drexel, Rittenhouse, Fitler Square and more! New HEPA air filter! brbrOur private, modern colonial style home has a living room and kitchen on the first floor. The second floor has the bathroom and two private sleeping spaces: one bedroom with a queen bed, and a second bedroom (no closet) with two twin beds.
