This costs about $8-$10 and will take about 45 minutes. and there is a shuttle $10 takes you right to our door called Lady Liberty Shuttle brbr*****Parking***** This is a VERY touristy part of town and you will have to pay for most parking. The immediate free parking in front of the building is limited to two hours or 30 minutes. However you can park there free all night from 6:00 pm until 10:00 am the next day. Between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm it is two hour or 30 minute. There are also three lots (two outdoor and one indoor) on the same block and several parking lots/structures within the surrounding blocks. You can park overnight at the meters for free. For 24 hour parking if you don't think you will be using your car much the least expensive option is Penn's Landing which is about an 8 minute walk. For metered parking. The meters run from 8AM-10PM DAILY (nothing free on Sunday) so if you know you are using you car all day this might be a fine option for you. You can park for free after 10PM and until 8AM the next morning. Garages. The garages in Old City range from $20-$35 per night and that is just for overnight. If you want to take your car in and our of the lot you have to pay again when you come back. Penn's Landing is about an 8 minute walk and is the least expensive option for 24 hour parking (around $12-$20). br br***Check in/Out*** Our check in/out times are flexible, so just let us know what you need. If we have a guest staying the night before or the night after your reservation then check in time is after 3pm and check out time is before 11am. There are two flights of stairs to get into the condo (see Additional Photos for a picture)!brbr**Noise** brThe condo is located right next to the train and highway, so you’ll hear some noise during your stay. I like to think of it as urban ocean sounds ;)brFor your comfort, there are sound machines and blackout blinds in both bedrooms. Light sleepers, take note: if total quiet is a must, this may not be the best place for you to stay.brbr**Parking**brThere isn’t a dedicated parking spot for the condo, but street parking is available on all nearby blocks. I live in the area myself, and while it can sometimes take a few extra minutes, I’m always able to find a spot! If you run into any trouble or want tips on where to look, feel free to reach out and I'd be happy to help.brbrbrbrbrbrAdditional Rules and Policies:brbrBefore booking, I kindly request that guests review and agree with my house rules, which include the following:brbr1. Smoking: smoking of any kind (cigarette, vaping, cannabis, etc.) inside the property is strictly prohibited. There is a minimum $250 fee for smoking violations, to address the additional cleaning it requires to remove the smell.brbr2. Parties: parties, events, and gatherings of any kind are not permitted at the property. Noise complaints from neighbors and excessive number of people entering and leaving the property, among other things, will lead to a warning followed by a swift cancellation of the reservation with no refund and may incur a minimum of $300 fee for additional cleaning.brbr3. Guests: only guests indicated on the reservation (up to a maximum of 6 as per the listing) are permitted at the property. Special situations (e.g. a local friend stopping by) must be communicated with me in advance and those additional guests must vacate the property in time for quiet hours (starting at 10pm). Failure to communicate the presence of guests (beyond what is stated in your reservation) will result in a fine of up to $150 per additional guest.brbr4. Noise: the property is located on a family-oriented, residential street. Please respect the neighbors by keeping noise levels reasonable at all times. Quiet hours (between 10pm - 8am) must be adhered to by keeping noise levels to a minimum.brbr5. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises.brbr6. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses and may be removed from the property.
