Over 4400+ sq ft complete with private 30x16 heated indoor pool. Two-story foyer welcomes you into the formal living room with decorative fireplace. Dining room with bay window showcases the park-like setting of the back yard. First floor bedroom with queen sized bed, attached private wheelchair-accessible bathroom with roll-in shower, raised sink, and grab-bars. Open kitchen with Jenn Aire cooktop, double wall oven, wine/beverage fridge, Keurig Duo (assortment of coffee/tea provided).
