Beautiful gated and private beach setting

Our family of 4 (w/ boys 11 and 13) had a great stay at Cottage F. The cottage is well maintained with modern amenities, open floor plan, great A/C and an amazing view of the lake.The beach is quiet and clean. The sand goes far into the lake so is perfect for hanging out with the kids and playing in the water on hot days. There are plenty of kayaks, SUPs and outdoor games available to keep you active as well as lots of beach chairs and umbrellas. The town is a 5 minute drive away with great shops and restaurants. Huron and Sandusky are a bit further, but offer other spots to visit.The neighbors were all friendly and quiet, and the hosts were very attentive and ensured a great stay. Highly recommend.

This is a really nice unit with great windows and views of the lake, and it's just steps from a private beach. We had a great time with our kids, and Geoff and Tammy were excellent hosts. We hope to return next year.

We had an amazing time here! The door opens right onto the beach which was the biggest selling point and it did not disappoint. They provide everything you need, we definitely overpacked. The little town area is so cute and walkable. The beds were comfy and there was enough space for all 6 of us comfortably. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials. The outdoor shower was amazing for rinsing off sand. We loved every minute of this trip and can't wait to go back. My three girls said it was their favorite trip ever so that is a win for me. The owners are amazing and very responsive, they made sure we had a wonderful time. Thank you!!

Perfect family spot. Tons of family amenities!

Our family had a terrific week here. Host is super easy and friendly to deal with. The place was clean, beautiful and just as expected. Literally step right out the back door onto a private beach. Location is in the middle of several great Northern Ohio attraction's. I would happily book again and recommend to anyone.

A great vacation - thanks for having so much available for us - the kayaks, paddle boards, beach games - we had a great time and look forward to coming back!

Our family wanted a beach vacation without the long drive or flight and this cottage certainly delivered. It’s the cleanest place we’ve stayed and the owners are amazing. As soon as we arrived Tammy was there to greet us and give us a tour of the cottage any the facilities amenities. They provide beach chairs and kayaks to use at your leisure and the beach is just steps from your porch. It’s so nice not having to lug a wagon down the elevator and through a boardwalk and a long walk to the beach. I was able to sit on the porch while my daughter was swimming and playing in the sand. The beach club has a family friendly atmosphere and it’s the first vacation in a long time that I can say we came home refreshed from. We enjoyed it so much, we’ve already booked our stay next year.

Myself, my husband, and our 3 young children (ages 5,4,4) just returned from a 5 night stay in Unit H. What a beautiful house right on the lake! I mean step off of your porch, onto sand! The kids were fully entertained by the sand and water, and i was able to sit back, relax and watch them. Anything you needed back at the house was only steps away. The beach was clean and private. Tammy and Geoff worked hard to make sure that the beach and properties are very well maintained. The house had everything that you could need. Everything was very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable, the towels were fluffy, the bedding was soft. All of the outdoor furniture was well maintained and very nice. Even the potted flowers on the property were beautiful! The town of Vermillion is small, but very cute. We ate breakfast at Granny Joes, and got ice cream most nights at an ice cream shop that had a pirate ship jungle gym for the kids to play on that they loved. The kids keep asking to go to the beach house and pirate ship ice cream and i have to explain that it is far away now! Haha! We went on a little boat ride called Mystic Tours. The operator was very friendly with our kids. Overall, we couldnt have asked for a better property to stay in with our family, and the town was just enough explore if we wanted to get out a bit. It was the first time in 5 years that i was actually able to relax on a trip with the kids.
