Stayed Dec 26, 2025The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Quality towels and sheets. The shower even had a hand held sprayer which is something I have at home and miss when I stay somewhere without. Great location, close to everything in vermilion.

Stayed Aug 31, 2025Very nice property. Convenient walk to downtown and the beach. Fenced backyard is particularly helpful when traveling with a pet. Suggested enhancements: (1) Some sort of baby gate to prevent pets from going up the steps to the second floor (which are very steep). (2) Better climate control in the upstairs bedrooms, such as adding mini-splits rather than a window unit.

Stayed Aug 25, 2025This is a great house if you want to walk to the shops and the beach. You can't see the lake from the house, but it's a very close walk to a public beach. I loved the interior design of the house, particularly the kitchen and living room. It had a minimalist look, which I wish my own house had! Downside: the bathroom blind wasn't completely private (too big for the window, so it stuck out, making the view around the edges visible). Overall, I would recommend this house.

Stayed Aug 24, 2024We were very happy with our stay. The house is spotlessly clean and comfortable. It is a short, easy walk to the town and the lake. We enjoyed walking to the coffee shop. This house is about 20 minutes from Oberlin. It's an easy drive through fields. Overall, thank you for a great stay! We would love to stay again.

Stayed May 3, 2024The house was clean, well stocked with lots of extras in nice walkable neighborhood. The owner was great to deal with and quick to respond. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
