With updated fixtures and stylish design, this home is great place to call home while staying in Central Ohio. brbrGuests may park on the street or in the parking pad in the back of the house. After entering through the front door and into the entry space, you`ll find a comfy living room with earth-tone colors and a 50” TV above the decorative fireplace. Past the living room is a chic dining room with seating for four. In the back of the house is a newly-renovated kitchen with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and a backdoor leading to the shared backyard and parking area. Down the stairs you`ll find the laundry area, and upstairs you`ll find the bedrooms and bathroom. brbrEach of the three bedroom features comfortable beds with fresh sheets, extra blankets, black-out shades, and ample clothing storage. Guests may choose the front bedroom that doubles as a private office with a twin-size bed, the calming middle bedroom with a queen-size bed, or the primary bedroom with king-size bed and TV. Any biohazard mess caused by guests or pets will be charged an additional $75 minimum based on severity.brbrNo weapons are allowed on the property!brbrIf you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.brbrLeaving food out is not allowed and may result in a fee, thank you for helping us prevent pests!brbrPlease DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time.brbrGuests must notify us of any issues that might prevent them from staying in the home within 3hrs of arriving. Issues reported after 3 hours of arriving may be handled at our discretion, guests may or may not be eligible for a partial or full refund based on severity for any issues reported later than 3 hours after arriving.br brBasements, garages, sheds, attics and storage closets may be unfinished and may not be fully-cleaned & prepared as other parts of the home.
