Our apartment does also have a washer and dryer. The backyard is a shared space with our upstairs neighbors, but is a lovely place to unwind after a busy day. There are some properties in our area that have been revitalized and some properties that are still under renovation. We love our neighborhood and our neighbors, but we also understand that some guests may not feel as comfortable in a developing area such as ours.
