The apartment has private exterior entrances and a dedicated HVAC system - no shared spaces with the upstairs apartment (except for the back yard). The upstairs neighbor is very quiet. brbrArrival: you’ll enter through the back door of the apartment into the kitchen. There is a digital keypad lock on the door for you to let yourself in, and an exterior motion light to help you find your way if you arrive late at night. We’ll send you the combination on your arrival day. brbrBedroom: One queen bed.brbrFront Living Room: One additional queen bed, plus a couch that can sleep 1. Note: this was previously a fold-down futon in the front room, but we have switched it for a queen bed because guests had too much trouble folding it down! br brThe TV is a Roku Smart TV that you can use to sign into your own Netflix or streaming accounts. We do not have cable - just a digital TV tuner that gets the local channels (ABC, NBC, Fox, etc.)brbrSleeping options: one queen bed in the bedroom, one queen bed in the front living room, one queen air mattress, and one comfy couch.brbrBathroom: Smaller in size, but also fully renovated and clean! We provide towels, shampoo, and other essentials. Please note: the bathroom has a stand-up shower, and there is not much head room. It would be a tight fit for anyone over 6 feet tall!brbrDining room: Large dining table with seating and place settings for 6. Our properties are all residential, so we ask that you please respect the property as if it was your own home. ONLY registered guests are permitted inside the property. Parties and loud noises are strictly prohibited. Violation of our no-party rule will result in a $1000 collection and immediate cancellation of your stay, and police may be contacted and act on our behalf. We take this very seriously in order to protect our partner's assets and the city laws.br2. NO Smoking in or around our properties. All of our units are non-smoking. This includes the use of cigarettes, marijuana, and/or vaping. If you wish to smoke we ask you to take it outside. ANY VIOLATION of this rule will result in a $200 fine or collection if necessary. This includes any evidence of tampering with the smoke detectors which may be monitored remotely.br3. NO music video recordings at all!br4. Keep in mind quiet hours to respect each and every one's stay around you. Quiet hours during the week are 10 pm to 7 am. On the weekend quiet hours are 11 pm to 6 am. Please understand breakage of these rules is immediate cancellation of your stay and will be asked to vacate the property immediately.br5. WIFI:brOur properties are equipped with free high-speed internet. The network name and password will be sent to you a few hours prior to check-in. Please refrain from any illegal downloads as it's a federal offense here in the US.br6. HOUSEKEEPING:brWe provide linens, towels, Poggesi soaps (shampoo, conditioner, & soap), makeup wipes, ground coffee or k-cups, salt and pepper, cooking oil, toilet paper, and paper towels, hand soap, kitchen soap, dish detergent pods inside the unit for you. If there is a washer and dryer offered inside the property then we provide laundry detergent pods and dryer sheets. If you have arrived and something is missing, please alert us immediately so that we can make sure to send someone over with the replacement as soon as possible. If you are in a unit where an air mattress is available and have spoken with our team about using it, the extra pillow and sheets are in the closets. We do not provide daily housekeeping or laundry service during your stay unless requested for long-term stays.br7. SURVEILLANCE:brOur properties are monitored by EXTERIOR security cameras. These are used for the security of you, your guests, and others around you. Please refrain from any illegal activity on or around the premises.br8. CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM:brOur Customer Service Team is available Monday through Sunday 24/7, but understand they work outside of the US so we ask to understand time differences and or connection issues every now and then.
