The property was as described, tastefully decorated, clean and well stocked. lots of space for the entire family, kids friendly space, it was an easy & short commute to the convention center and Legoland/shopping mall. If we find ourselves back to Columbus we will definitely book again.

Location was on a less than desirable street. Didnt feel overly safe going out at night. At night there were groups of people congregating on street drinking in 2 different areas.Car with smashed window was parked outside out house each day. TV did not even have basic sports available. Upstairs was very drafty and cold.

The good: the house had been HGTVed and was attractive inside, and the photos were accurate. Owner was responsive. To be aware: rough area of town, across from Section 8 housing (neighbor was outside with no pants), and garage is VERY tight for two cars. Plus the promised sofa bed is a blow up mattress. The bad: amenities were lacking. Literally no kitchen tools, so guests should not plan on cooking (or even reheating pizza, because no cookie sheets). There was also a dearth of blankets.

The home was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay. Clean spaces, wonderful kitchen and dining area. We had a lot of space to gather and share time on the first floor. On the upper levels the bedrooms are a good size, clean, and well equipped. We appreciated that towels were left for every bed as well as in the bathrooms. The space was great for our brief time in Columbus. The host was great with communication and took feedback openly. A few notes regarding safety & accessibility: 1. The back door is not an accessible entry so you have to use a narrow walkway from the garage to enter the home. The walkway was a solid sheet of ice and very treacherous especially at night. 2. Likewise, snow and ice were not cleared from the front walkways, stairs, or porch. 2. The stairs have a very narrow tread, especially from the first to the second floor. One member of our group fell down the stairs because of this. Anyone who has mobility concerns or kids should be aware of this.

The house was beautiful and very well appointed, it worked out great for us as we came in for the weekend for the OSU game. The communication was beyond superb from the owner, we received check-in information a full day before which made us feel at ease. We also loved the fact that the house had a 2 car garage, we parked the cars and took an Uber everywhere we went. I do not know why more people don’t use VRBO more especially for a group of more than 4 and during events when all the hotels are booked and charging outrageous rates.

The inside of the home is very nice, clean, decor gets an A, comfortable beds and linens, lots of places for photo ops! The outside could use a little TLC. There was fast food garbage on and around the porch in the front yard, alley by garage was a mess, broken glass everywhere. The cowboy pool had no water nor anyway to fill it. Quiet location. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was a very nicely renovated old home. The house was located in an area that was worse than we expected and the houses and apartments next door were rough. The garage, which was accessible via an ally, had lots of trash outside it and even a raccoon wondering about mid-afternoon. The pool that was advertised was not functioning and wasn’t filled. We had a problem with the AC, which the host did help us navigate. Bring your own cutlery and kitchen supplies because they are very limited.

Beautiful home, offering everything we could need. Location is close to everything. We were able to sleep multiple families and did not feel on top of one another. Great price.

While being in Columbus for a Cheer competition with my granddaughter Jarod made our stay in his property seamless and easy. The home was not only beautiful but conveniently located. The entire process from reviewing the pictures online (getting exactly what you see) to having excellent instructions checking in during our stay and even after we checked out was one of the amazing. Jarod communicated with us the entire time. The house was beautiful comfortable and more than enough room. We will definitely be booking again. Thanks Jarod for an amazing stay

Went to watch two YouTuber Comedians, Rhett & Link. The house was very comfortable to stay, pool was fun, and very close to the theatre! Great place if you plan to view something at or near the Palace Theatre.
