Stayed Jun 23, 2024Clean, close to bars, restaurants, and night life. Easy walk everywhere. Did not know about the required parking permit until the last minute, but easy fix and only $7 per day. Really good stay.

Stayed May 16, 2024Great stay! We got canceled on by our last host, we found this one last minute. So happy we did! Ended up being closer to where we were going! Check in process was simple, nice quite area. You do have to pay for a parking pass. Area does not have driveways, and street parking holds a fee. House was clean & everything we needed! Will be back if in the area!

Stayed Nov 3, 2023Communication with the hosts was difficult from the booking, they let it expire, then asked me to do it again, after ALL the information they wanted. After the confirmation, felt like I was dealing with several people all giving different information about gaining entrance to the property and the wrong unit. After wrong info, a phone call to one one then got me in the correct until. Had to wash sheets before we could use them, dirty. Partner thought the bath was filthy. But good price and location!?

Stayed Oct 13, 2023Typical for the area, a Victorian era mansion subdivided into multiple living units with all the antique charm that goes with it. The apartment was clean and had everything needed for the stay. The shower had good water temperature and pressure. Ideal for 1 or 2 people. Getting in and out was easy. There was a hitch with the parking situation but the host was very helpful in resolving the issue. Location can't be beat - within walking/biking distance to Short North, OSU, Arena District, Olentangy & Scioto trails. 5 stars and would stay again.
